34 degrees, cloudy

Day after the Boston Marathon tragedy...three dead and over 140 injured. Some lost limbs. So utterly senseless.

The flags are half-mast at the DLCCC...

Don't understand the bike rack in the snow bank.

At least there IS a bike rack...
